Former FPHL Coach & Player Andre’ Niec Hoists the Stanley Cup

Binghamton, NY - The Federal Prospects hockey League would like to congratulate Andre’ Niec and the Florida Panthers with their Stanley Cup Victory! 



Neic, a former coach & player in the FPHL was hired after the 2020-21 season by the Florida Panthers of the National Hockey League as their European Scout.  Prior to his NHL hire, Andre played in 55 games tallying 11 Goals & 55 Assists for a Total of 66 points over 4 seasons.  In his 2015-16 season with the Berlin River Drivers, he won the honor of most points scored by a Defenseman with 50 points.

But Niec was even more know for his scouting & coaching abilities.  He spent 6 years in the FPHL as a coach earning him an FPHL Commissioners Cup Championship as well as FPHL Coach of The Year honors in the 2018-19 season.
