MCANANAMA FPHL GOALTENDER OF THE MONTH FOR MARCH/APRIL

Binghamton, NY – The Federal Prospect Hockey League announced today that Binghamton Black Bears goaltender Connor McAnanama has been selected the Goaltender of the Month for March / April.



McAnanama appeared in 8 games and had a record of 7-0-0-1, allowing 14 goals for a 2.10 GAA and making 191 saves for a .932 SV% for March to the end of the regular season. He had a shoutout on March 15th against the Carolina Thunderbirds where he made 26 saves. On March 9th against the Blue Ridge Bobcats he played the first 40:00 and did not allow a goal while making 19 saves. Connor finished with the most wins in the FPHL (30) and had a league leading 2.08 GAA.


The 25-year-old is from Agawam, Massachusetts. He played for the Boston Jr Bandits (NCDC) from 2018-20. He then attended UMASS-Boston Beacons (NEHC) for the 2021-22 season. He has been a member of the Black Bears for the last two years and was on the 2024 FPHL Commissioner’s Cup Championship team.


The FPHL is a Single-A Minor Professional hockey league operating in its 15th season during 2024-25.
