From The FPHL Department of Player Safety

Binghamton, NY – The FPHL Department of Player Safety today have announced the following suspensions.

Baton Rouge Zydeco Graham,  SUSPENDED
Baton Rouge forward MJ Graham has been suspended for One Game as a result from his actions during FPHL Game No. 131 in Baton Rouge on Sunday, December 15th.  FPHL Director of Player Safety Dave Jackson stated,
"Mr. Graham went directly at an unwilling opponent, dropped his gloves and began punching his opponent until the linesmen could intervene. This happened away from the puck and was not caused or instigated by his opponent. This is an aggressor penalty.  I am rescinding the charging major and continuing the altercation game misconduct and assessing a fighting major with an aggressor game misconduct for his record.  Mr. Graham will be suspended for ONE (1) GAME."

The FPHL is a Single-A Minor Professional hockey league operating in its 15th season during 2024-25.
