PLAYER SAFETY ANNOUNCES SUSPENSIONS FOR 12/20/24

Binghamton, NY – The FPHL Department of Player Safety today have announced the following suspensions.
Mississippi Sea Wolves Stacey, SUSPENDED
Mississippi defenseman Andrew Stacey has been suspended for One Game as a result from his actions during FPHL Game No. 137 in Port Huron, MI on Friday, December 20th. FPHL Director of Player Safety Dave Jackson stated, " Mr. Stacey got worked up during an altercation and made physical contact with an official. This earned him a 10 min misconduct but after the officials submitted their Game Report, I was made aware of Mr. Stacey's additional threatening comments to the linesman during the altercation which is not acceptable. The health and safety of our officials is paramount and threats to their safety will not be tolerated. Mr. Stacey is suspended for ONE (1) GAME under Supplemental Discipline."
Baton Rouge Zydeco Head Coach Thompson, FINED
Baton Rouge Head Coach Everett Thompson has been Fined an undisclosed amount as a result from his unsportsmanlike actions during FPHL Game No. 136 in Baton Rouge, LA on Friday, December 20th.
The FPHL is a Single-A Minor Professional hockey league operating in its 15th season during 2024-25.
