Syracuse, NY – The Federal Prospect Hockey League announced today that
Carolina Thunderbirds forward Lucas Rowe has been named the Rookie of the
Month for February.
Rowe played in 8 games and had 4 goals and 7 assists for 11 points. His best game
in February was on the 18 th when he collected 3 points, one goal and 2 assists.
Lucas also had three games where he accumulated 2 points per game.
The 21- year-old is from Etobicoke, Ontario, Canada. He is beginning his
professional career with the Thunderbirds. Rowe played junior hockey with the
Kingston Frontenacs (OHL) and with the Pickering Panthers (OJHL).
